Since the beginning of 2018 we have seen some amazing new beauty product launches, designed to make our lives that bit better. Here is my round up of the best:
1.Bobbi Brown Skin Longwear Weightless Foundation, (SPF15) £31, www.bobbibrown.co.uk
For anyone looking for light and long-lasting coverage, this new foundation from the fabulous Bobbi Brown brand will be a sure hit. Basically, the Longwear Foundation feels totally weightless and blends in seamlessly, providing a matte finish that looks like you are wearing no makeup. I love this foundation!
2.Clarins SOS Primer, £26.50, www.clarins.co.uk
If like me, you suffer from dark spots, imperfections and redness, the SOS Primer will feel like a God Send. Packed with antioxidants to nurture and protect the skin, whilst providing targeted colour corrector to effectively deal with any skin concern, this SOS Primer is a must-have. The only problem is, should you need a colour corrector for more than one concern type, you may need more than one shade. There are 6 incredible shades available – bye, bye, wages!
3.Kiehls Powerful Strength-Line Reducing Concentrate, £49.50 (50ml), www.kiehls.co.uk
Amazing beauty brand Kiehls just gave one of their key serums a makeover. I didn’t think it could get much better, but the Concentrate is now packed with even more essential anti-aging and hydrating vitamin C and hyaluronic acid – 12.5% to be exact. Take that you pesky fine lines.
4.L’Oreal EverPure Deep Moisture Hair Sheet Mask, $3.99, www.amazon.com
This is L’Oreal’s first hair sheet mask and I am smitten! Designed to be a shower steam and deep moisture treatment, this product includes aloe blossom to offer intense hydration and nourishing love for your locks. The result is luscious and super shiny hair that feels totally weightless. #Hairhappiness! Buy from Amazon here
5.Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation, £35, www.narscosmetics.co.uk
I am a huge fan of Nars products and given the fact that this foundation promises to stay put for up to 16 hours, and given the other fact that I ALWAYS have to reapply my product at least once during the day, I couldn’t wait to try. The new Nars Foundation is available in 33 shades and glides on to the skin with remarkable flawless results. I have fair skin so love this product in Oslo. The outcome is amazing looking skin that still looks like skin – and it lasts!
6.Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen SPF40, £22.95, www.amazon.co.uk
I know I go on about this A LOT, but sunscreen is probably THE most important cream you should be applying to your skin. As it turns out we should be worrying about the infrared radiation and light from our tablets and phones as well as UVA and UVB rays. Yay! Thankfully, this new product will provide you with all the protection you need and better yet, it soaks in seamlessly and feels practically weightless, too.
7.Wunder2 Super-Stay Liquid Liner, £12.95, www.wunder2.co.uk
It’s not just fondations that need reapplication – eyeliners, too, suffer the same fate. That’s where iconic brand Wunder2 comes in – their newly launched Super-Stay liners glide on effortlessly to enable precise application, thus creating a highly pigmented pop of beautiful colour that actually stays put! Available in 3 waterproof collections (Essential, Glitter and Metallic) these 24hour wear liners ensure you don’t need to check the mirror – even if you stay out all night! Buy here
