Transform Dry Hair With Kerastase Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum

Hey Lovelies!

Transform your look with minimal effort (perfect) by using Kerastase’s 8H Magic Night Serum.

I decided to start the new year by addressing my dry hair issues (baby steps). Having healthy and shiny locks that do not resemble a scarecrow in any way is now at the top of my list. Too much heat-styling and general laziness means my hair has taken some serious damage. I was almost at the point where I had accepted the only solution might be a drastic pixie cut.

Fortunately (and just in the nick of time) I was sent Kerastase’s 8H Magic Night Serum to try. This serum is crazy good; you don’t have to make any effort for it to work – and boy, does it work! Deserving of some serious kudos, the word ‘Magic’ has certainly earned its place in the name.  Should your hair be in a similar state, I urge you to test this hair serum. #Hairgoals!

Kerastase Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum is an intensive nourishing treatment for those with moderate to severely dry hair. Combining a special blend of Iris root extract and essential vitamins, this serum effectively targets and treats hair in need. Simply apply and fall to sleep. Then awaken and stare in wonder at your luscious locks. Think of this serum as your haircare fairy God mother of sorts.

Iris Root Extract:

This incredible ingredient is included due to its powerful nourishing and repairing properties. Throughout the night, this component works hard, replenishing the loss of nutrients, whilst simultaneously creating a silky soft coat on the hair strands.

5 Essential Vitamin Blend:

These vitamins are specifically combined to further nourish, protect and achieve a satin-like coating as it seals the cuticles.

Verdict:

My disastrous hair look had literally turned around within 24 hours. Instead of dry hair only good for a hat, I had silky, soft locks good enough for a non-filter Insta-post!

Should you be a tad lazy (like me) this treatment is an actual Godsend. Kerastase is an awesome haircare brand and their 8H Magic Night Serum has earned a well-deserved place in my top ten products of 2020.

Kerastase Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum is available at: www.lookfantastic.com and is currently priced at £27(90ml). Bag it now and save yourself £9!

New Year’s Resolutions Easy Enough To Keep

Hey Lovelies!

Happy New Year to you all! 2019 seemed to come and go at warp speed, before last year’s resolutions had chance to leave the ground. So, I’m thinking this year’s resolutions need to be a tad more attainable. Here goes:

1.Let Go of The Past

Trudging around like a camel carrying saddlebags crammed with more of yesterday’s baggage than you can deal, isn’t exactly going to propel you into any kind of worthwhile future. If (like me) you tend to torture yourself over the past, now is the time to let it all go. Give yourself a chance. It may just be okay!

2.Challenge Yourself

There’s never been a better time to give yourself a challenge – something you have always wanted to do, learn or try. Life is short – don’t keep putting things off until tomorrow, because one day it will be too late.

3.Don’t Give Up

This is one I will have to incorporate into a daily mantra. I’ve learnt that when you feel the least motivated and about as disheartened as it gets – this is the time to find some inner strength, pull yourself back up and keep on.

4.Drink WATER!

Yeah, yeah. I realise this sounds ridiculous. But believe me – when you drink as much Red Bull as I do, drinking water is pretty important. I get how much H20 helps your body, brain and skin and so why does it feel like I am forcing down Devil’s blood or something? Seriously wrong. If anyone out there has struggled and overcome this problem, let me know. Maybe we could start a helpline. Say Yes to water!

5.Spend A Few Hours A Week On You!

For me, every day is the same. I look after my children, my nan, work, clean, cook. Then should there be any trace of energy left in my being, I work some more. Well, the Cinderella days are over. I vow to give myself a few hours each week that are just for me. Be it a face mask and bath, an hour in the middle of the day to sleep or the book that I bought 6 months ago that is still sat looking sadly dejected on the shelf. Should you find yourself in a similar sorry state of affairs, now is the time to make a change. Life will roll along more smoothly if you look after yourself. So don’t feel guilty – you deserve it!

What are your New Year’s resolutions? Leave me a message in the comments below. xx

My Bucket List (A Girl Can Dream)

Hey Lovelies!

.I noticed quite a few other bloggers are publishing their bucket list and it has inspired me to add mine. So, without further ado, here are the top 7 things I would like to do before it’s lights out. N.B swimming with sharks is not in the list!

1.Become A Storm Chaser

Yes, I know to some this might sound extreme, but it remains to be one of the biggest dreams of mine. Sadly, reality dictates this to stay in unobtainable dream world – at least until my two children are old and wise enough to manage without me for a few months. By which time, I highly suspect this will no longer be a much sought-after desire (given the whole age-related obstacle thing). But who Knows?

Taking a trip to Tornado Valley and chasing storms is an ultimate goal. Therefore, I am not quite ready to put this dream in its box.

2.Helicopter Over Niagara Falls

Visiting Niagara Falls would be incredible. Taking a helicopter ride over Niagara Falls would be out of this world.

3.The Dead Sea

Floating in the Dead Sea – no floaty required – how awesome would that be? Being a beauty fanatic, the concept of relaxing in the best, most natural health and beauty spa In The World would be incredible. Not only that, I am not too many hours away from another goal of mine – visiting the pyramids!

4.Learn To Fly An Aeroplane

What can I say? Who wouldn’t want to do this?

5.Star In A TV Series or Film

No, porno’s are not on the list. I’m thinking a cool part (preferably with Ryan Reynolds, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp) I’m not fussy. Seriously though, my dream of being an actress has remained unwavering since the age of 10.

6.Write For Marie Claire

The obstacle is that most of the positions are in-house. Living too far away to deal with a daily commute (like 4 hours) means that I am one of many on their database awaiting a contributor vacancy to arise. Given I have found several extremely similar articles with my coined phrases (published shortly after mine) by another mainstream magazine shows I have everything such magazines are looking for. It is also incredibly frustrating as this (next to acting) is an ultimate dream.

7.World Domination

Just kidding…

Happy New Year!

Hey Lovelies!

2019 is almost upon us. I want to say thank you to all who follow my blog – I really appreciate your support. To everyone, I want to wish a healthy and amazing year ahead. May all your hopes and dreams come true. Never lose your faith and always be inspired! The answer is closer than you think.

Happy New Year!
